AMD submits plans for $200M campus - Austin Business Journal:

The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based chipmaker has hiredf a general contractor for the project and has submitted a plat map to the Cityof Austin'ss planning department. AMD pledges to meet the wated quality guidelines of the Save OurSpringsw Ordinance, control runoff, and maintain a significantf amount of natural drainage and habitat by voluntarilt building at 20 percent below existingt entitlements. AMD and Stratus also plan to jointlycontribute $5 million to finance preservation of open spac e within the Barton Springs watershed.
