McGrathy will serve as branch managerand E. Howard “Howdie” Goodwin as financialp adviser. A 28-year industry veteran, McGrathu was previously senior vice president and investmen officer for Wachovia Securities and its legacy firmin N.J, and Conshohocken, Pa.
Prior to joining Wachovia in 1995, he held severap positions including executive vice president and chief operatinh officer of theNew York-basesd , and sales manager and financial consultant for Merrilp Lynch’s Philadelphia and Baltimore comple x of offices. Goodwin, who has 33 year s of industry experience, was previously a managing director forWachovia Securities. During his he has been an investment officer and branch McGrath and Goodwin are joined by Veronica officeadministrative supervisor.
